Our Experience
We build custom to semi-custom homes in the Salt Lake area. Over the course of our careers we have been involved in constructing around 700 hundred homes.
Our Specialties
We can build on any lot and do any plan within a 30 miles of our model located in South Jordan at 11400 S. and Bangeter HWY on the NW corner in the culdesac.
Our Clientele
Custom plans are built on a builder set fee plus hard costs. Custom plans we can do well into the millions or as low as your budget needs to be. We can save you money because as costs might increase depending on buyer's choices your fee stays the same. We are actually more interested in getting your costs down than up. Semi-Custom plans range from the high $200's to the mid $700's
